The Mind fears any death to Ego. The Soul needs variety to have a full Earth-time experience. Do not be surprised over the next few days if you get “triggered.” The question is a) what is being triggered and b) what’s the “take-away” from this experience? Be honest with Self, be kind to everyone and above all – have compassion for ALL experiences. The question for today is – “what is my Soul wanting to experience?” All is well! ❤
