Human psychebecoming whole. First comes denial – then anger – then bargaining – then depression – then acceptance.  It’s sometimes hard to separate the stages.  Sometimes they come all at once.  Feel themMake peace with uncertainty For today – an extraordinary opportunity awaits.  It’s time to discard the “Broken Record” that cuts straight to the Heart.  Backup arrives today.  It takes courage to “build a bridge” when the future is uncertain and unknown.  My grandchildren are learning something their great-great-grandparents endured during WWII – sacrificing for the whole.  Expect to learn something “I didn’t know” today.  Deep clarification.  “Know Thyself.”  To deal with change – it helps to speak of Self in Third-Person.  Fill in your name –  ___________ feels _________ about ________ – OR – ________ thinks ________ about _________.  Fill in your own blanks.  Be kind to yourself and others.  Suddenly we’re all sharing deep and unknown experiences together.  Commonality.  Community.  Our way of life is changing and everyone matters.  Old wounds can be scars now.  Calling all Outsidersbe a maker – be a creator – be yourself – be your Maverick-Self.  Make that call or have that conversation you’ve been avoiding.  Choose what to focus on – what to give your energy to and make self-care a priority.  The good news truly is – we’re all in IT together.  Recognize that not everyone is comfortable.  Have compassion.  We’re all dealing the best way we know – and know we’re all learning “new ways” too.  Have faith.  Steady – neutral – discipline.  You are much further along than you realize – and you are loved more than you will ever know.  Please – remember a healthy sense of humor helps – Toga wearing starts at 5pm local time – not a minute beforeSmileAll is well!  ❤
