Opportunity is not always equal. Assimilation – Elimination. Warmth and kindness are undervalued in the workplace and culture. Feminine qualities. RE-BOOT SELF. Changing the system is going to take great effort and time. It requires dismantling rigid beliefs of masculinity and femininity that work against everyone – in the long run. The most insecure are quickest to point out the flaws and imperfections of others. Compensation structures require competition rather than collaboration. For today – balance Logic AND Mystery. Just because we can’t see something with Human eyes – does not mean it doesn’t exist. We reap what we sow. What seeds have I been planting? The Universe lays the foundation – but Human chooses to “cut costs” through shortcuts – or – building solid growth that will last for generations. Action taken – out of habit – delivers false conclusions. Be aware. Watch the “Charmers” today. Do words match actions? Not sure – then sit still or proceed with caution. Nothing is as it appears! Clarity and resolution are headed this way. Observe Nature – there’s a ‘seasonal change‘ ahead. Intelligence resides within the Heart. The Mind handles logistics. Plan accordingly. Be yourself – contrary to what Culture thinks! You are truly one-of-a-kind and you have gifts that are desperately needed. Expect adventure when “shadows dance.” CONTEXT! Human shuts down new ideas because they don’t harmonize with their own “self-concept.” Don’t take it personally. Let go – clear and shield energy field. Be curious. Ask questions when unsure.
