The good news is that it’s never too late to make a change. Do not pity others – it sends a signal that there is no hope or opportunity for self-betterment. Use common sense – NOT rigid thinking. Value is based on an meaning assigned by each of us. Love is only a word until we give it meaning. Fear IS a visitor in the nervous system. Fear FEAR’S itself.
