Where do you feel “pressured” to fit in? Expansion – Contraction – Transformation. Point of Balance. Spirit experiences life in the Sacred Temple called “my body.” When emotions gain momentum – managing impulsive/compulsive actions becomes difficult – especially when it’s emotions that have been suppressed. Emotions are usually attached to another human being. For today – take a good long hard look at relationship attachments. Be totally honest with Self. Life is lived one day at a time. Be your own Witness. Forgive Self when forgiving others. For those trying to “let go” or “cut the cord” – try the following. Sit still – get quiet inside.
Repeat several times each day for the next 28 days:
“I release (first and last name) unto God. He/She is in his/her true place at all times. I am free, and he/she is free. I now decree that my words go forth into Infinite Mind and it brings it to pass. It is so.”
