Step 26: Sunny with a chance of CLARITY!

Think back to November 27th and 28thDo you remember?  Those dates are connected to today – here comes the clarity.  List three habitual thoughts and three habitual actions that are taking you down.  Now list three habitual thoughts and three habitual actions that can replace the negative ones in order to take you up.  We are what we believe.   Beliefs are thoughts.  We are what we think.  We see life based on the “movie we are projecting.  If your life was a movie/book/song title – what would it be?  All is well! <3″
