Step 18: Riddle Solved

The hardest bridge to burn is the one between the person you are and the person you thought you were.  For today:

  1. Act like you love and value yourself (you deserve it more than you know)!
  2. Show yourself as much compassion, forgiveness and acceptance as you would offer to others.
  3. It’s okay to take yourself out of the “equation,” creating space and distance from negative influences.
  4. It’s time to change my “Mental Diet.

Here’s a quick reminder of “where I am today!”  Riddle solved!  Yes – we have options!  All is well! ❤
